All purchases of the Iluumi IPL Hair Removal Handset come with a 90-day Money Back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Iluumi product within 90 days of purchase, you can submit a return and refund request for an equal value exchange or a full refund.

If you have an issue with your The Flasher device after 90 days, refer to our Limited Warranty and contact support@iluumi.in with questions or service requests.

What Products Are Eligible for a Return?

Only the Iluumi IPL Hair Removal Handset is eligible for our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee when purchased directly from Iluumi.

All body care products and other tools are final sale and non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective. This policy applies to all orders, including subscriptions.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@iluumi.in within 90 days of your purchase. Please include your name, order ID, and a description of the issue (e.g., if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product). Our team will follow up with detailed return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item for the refund to process. Should the refund not reflect on your original payment method within this period, feel free to reach out to us.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@iluumi.in within 2 hours of placing the order.

Damages and Warranty

If you encounter issues with the device after several months of use, such as malfunctions or a lack of functionality, our 1-Year warranty is in place to assist you. Additionally, you have the option to extend the warranty up to 5 years by including it in your initial order.
